Jaclyn Ruelle Bio

Fearless, brave and built with boundless energy, Jaclyn Ruelle knows what it takes to break through culture, paving a significant track record over the past eight years on behalf of MullenLowe, a global creative boutique agency. Passion, perseverance and persuasiveness catapulted Jaclyn’s career, rising to SVP in five years and earning some of the most impressive accomplishments the agency has seen from PR since its inception. In 2015 she was named to The Holmes Report’s Innovator 25 and Boston Business Journal’s 40 under 40 lists.

In an age where PR shops are retrofitting with creative and strategic resources, MullenLowe has always had one of the largest embedded PR shops within a creative agency. Jaclyn Ruelle, a 14-year industry veteran has manifested into a creative PR powerhouse leading breakthrough cultural buzz and award-winning work for JetBlue, American Greetings, Feld Entertainment and FTD. Navigating the world of challenger brands with an earned-first approach, Jaclyn has spearheaded work that transcends culture, earning her clients top recognition including two Cannes Lions, four Effie’s, two Silver Anvils, PR Week and Sabre awards. She led one of the agency’s most famous viral campaigns, “World’s Toughest Job by American Greetings,” and has been at the helm of the JetBlue PR work for eight years, earning the Sustained Success Effie in 2017.

Jaclyn also has a centralized senior leadership role as the integrated creative PR lead across the agency’s four domestic offices and now globally in partnership with the acquisition of UK-based strategic consultancy, MullenLowe Salt. She is focused on growing the New York office as the global conduit for creative collaboration and is implementing her ‘product to purpose’ philosophy, helping shape creative work for earned attention through unique storytelling, creative content development and experiential opportunities.

Prior to joining MullenLowe, Jaclyn carved her career path starting in Virginia Beach at Meridian Group and then moved on to boutique agencies in Boston, CGPR and Schneider Associates.

When not earning her stripes in PR, Jaclyn extends herself outside of the office as an executive board member for the Fore Hadley Foundation, an organization dedicated to the fight against congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH). She was formerly part of the New England Junior Achievement Young Professionals Board and appears as a regular guest-lecturer at Boston University.

Jaclyn graduated magna cum laude from Virginia Wesleyan College, where she competed as an NCAA Division III athlete in both field hockey and softball. She loves spending time by the water with her husband and their dog, Frenchie, and is an avid traveler and budding wine connoisseur.
